Tres aims to create an oasis of coastal bliss in the heart of Mermaid Beach, where every detail evokes a sense of sun-kissed relaxation. These three full-floor residences offer a harmonious blend of spaciousness, convenience and refined elegance, all while embracing the natural charm of their surroundings.
Tres is sculpted with organic textures, minimalist forms and expansive outdoor spaces, inviting residents to indulge in the tranquillity and vibrancy of the Gold Coast lifestyle. This project offers a timeless retreat – delivering a sanctuary where summer truly feels at home.
PROJECT VISION
Revilo collaborated with BDA Architecture to introduce a cosmopolitan flair to this relaxed neighbourhood, allowing residents to balance luxury beachside living with a chic city style.
Canopy draws inspiration from the moody tones and layered textures of New York’s timeless class. Revilo carefully considered the colour palette to ensure a distinct character while still providing space for personalisation. Every material, fixture and finish was also handpicked from a global network of suppliers to ensure premium quality, durability and minimal maintenance.
